Bad Customer Service

My husband and I booked a trip with STA Travel, my first time overseas it was very exciting, however i am dreading this trip. We got such bad service from the travel agent that i don't know how this trip will turn out. Firstly the accommodation we got that was advertised on their website is not the one they gave us, we were actually down grade but our price remains the same, my husband queried it with them and all they said is we signed the contract, which we fully understand, but we asked for the advertised packaged no one informed us that the accommodation changed, secondly their service is really bad, there is no after sale service, no one gets back to you on anything, the attitude you get when you walk in is disgusting. They do so much effort in the beginning when you want to book, but as soon as you book you can forget to get anything out of them. You pay a lot of money for bad service, we wont recommend STA Travel to any one and we wont ever use them again.
