Bad Business Practice

We cancelled our booking due to COVID-19 which we had paid in full and STA travel **** to us about our refund. We were told that the hotel is holding the refund due to back log. I contacted the hotel and they confirmed that the booking was cancelled but they never received payment from STA Travel. This is not how business is conducted. We deserve honest and fair dealings.
