Ambiguity defined...

I am sitting on the fence about my continuation with STA, after a couple of years of continuous relation. It all started with a sterler of an agent, Yazeed Rossier, who was my to go to guy! He later moved on and referred me to another sterling agent, Melissa Birch, who took over like a serious champ. Then it was downhill from there. I had to call in for my final travel itinerary, to be informed that there had been drastic changes to my plans(beyond anyone's control - I get it). On the back of that, I then requested Tariq to please check with the airline if they would keep me on the same flight as my original one, and he promised to call back the following day (24 Nov 2018) at around 11am, lest to say that today is the 6th of Dec, and still no call. I then took it upon myself to contact STA, spoke with Kendall(lovely lady), who sent me the updated itinerary, and just like Tariq, promised to call the airline with my request to retain my original plans, and to my demise, still no call. As you can imagine, I am now at the end of my wits with the shoddiness, I even sent her an email to express this, and no response. FANTASTIC STUFF Today, I received a random call from Crystal(ABSOLUTE GEM), relating to finalising my trip(21 days away), I then told her what had happened, and she promised to call the airline with my inquiry, literally THREE MINUTES later, she called back with an update!!!!!! From my original 1 star rating, she really deserves a serious Bell's(5/5 stars for her)! After looking for another agent, faith is slowly being restored. Thank you so much Crystal for your efficient service, YOU ARE AWESOME!
