We had such a bad experience with STA Travel. We had a holiday boking with them from south Africa -Paris -Rome and Istanbul .when we got to Paris hotel they could find our booking for atleast 30min and they had to call until they eventually found it. When we got to Rome we missed our check in time and we couldn't find STA on their emergency number until the flyt to istanbul departed. We booked new flyt to Istanbul and when we had to leave Istanbul 3days later we couldn't be checked in because we had not used the original flyt and we still couldn't find STA on their emergency numbers 4hrs later the flyt to south Africa departed and we had to book our selfs new flyts. How can you not find an agency on their number on 2 occasions? We lost over R 35000 for not getting hold of the agency . I dont recommend anyone to book through STA travel agency ever.

Such a disappointing and heartbreaking experience was had.
