ABUSE Of Consumer Rights by STA travel

I am rating a 1 because I cannot rate a zero which is the more accurate rating. Although the airline have refunded the agency in cash, they are refusing to pass down the refund to the consumer instead opting to give a credit refund - that credit refund should you choose to accept it and the world conditions have not changed in the next 24 months, you cannot change back into a cash refund although you cannot use it yourself. They are abusing the system, and I have written confirmation from one of their managers that their policies are changing on the day to day basis, which means whatever you agree on today can be worthless tomorrow because their policy has changed!! it is disgusting how little they actually values us as consumer, they dont care if you lose thousands of rands, its not their problem, how appalling!!
