ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE - WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!! Our travel agent was helpful until we paid our deposit, then for months we could not get hold of him until final payment was due where we were told that if we do not pay, our booking would be cancelled. After we made payment we never received confirmation of receipt despite several emails and calls. Eventually we got hold of the manager, who was just as unhelpful. Following this we got told we had made payment of an incorrect amount due to them making a mistake and had to pay an additional R60.0 ...seriously!? Very little sincerity and not even willing to waiver the amount for the terrible service till then. After making that payment we never heard from them again - nothing to wish us well on our trip nor anything welcoming us back. SAVE YOURSELF THE UNHAPPINESS AND BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE...
