BULLYING

So how about this for a leadership, Mr Titus a teacher at the school allowed 2 boys to be bul**** by 7 kids and when addressed by these learner's they were told they are joking. But he does not address the matter. This is the second time my son is being bul**** and the school does not have the decency to adress the matter. wow what a f.... up school that we leave our kids in. Please allow me a direction or guidnace on how to take this matter up with WCED, as clearly as a educator he is not doing a good job
