Robbing customers

Terrible, my partner put up a refundable deposit of R750 for a one-night stay on 01/02/2026 which is due to be refundable after 7 days. It's passed the time frame neither the assigned manager nor their senior are responding to correspondence regarding when the payment is refunded as we did no use none of the utensils and didn't either partake in their beverages intake.
