No response on claim submitted

<p>A claim has been submitted to St Pauls on the 13/01/2017 it is now the 27/01/2017 and there has been no response on the claim i have called inn many times and have been told the same each time that the legal team are working with it in order to send the assesors out to see the vehicle.</p> <p>I have asked for the legal team to call me directly and advise on the status a week has gone by and i have not received a call.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
