Insurance looking for a reason not to pay.

<br> On the 05-03-2016 I was at my cousin's place and in the early hours of the 06-03-2016 he woke me up asking me to take him to Boitumelo's place to get his passport as he was flying out of the country the same day.apparently when he was returning from one of his trips the last time Boitumelo collected him at the airport and he forgot his passport in his car. I was tired so I told him to take my car and go there. On his way back he was involved in accident he called but didn't answer as I was tired,he called Ronny for help and thy both came to fetch me.I call my broker and he organised towing of my car.my car was towed but since then up until now they haven't worked on my car,instead they hired a loss adjustor who is been investigating since a week after the accident.what they normally do is everytime I ask about the progress on my car he will call me and ask me the same questions he asked me the week after the accident or ask for something that he knows will take me time to get it.i asked them to give a list of all the things they need but they can't now i'm struggling because I had to return the courtesy car after 30days. Battling to get to work and do my private staff.
