Poor service
I booked with St. Hotel and paid R2250. The function was cancelled in time. I have contacted them multiple times requesting a refund. I have received zero response. No acknowledgement, no apology, no refund. This is unacceptable customer service. I sent a final notice giving them 24hrs to either refund the R2250 or arrange compensation. Still nothing. I am now escalating to the KZN Consumer Affairs Office. Do NOT book with St. Hotel if you expect service or basic communication after they take your money. Disrespectful and unprofessional.
