Poor service

Ky mother and I came with an ambulance from this hospital and was told to make a card for her. Been waiting for almost 2 hours and there is no one in this department. A notice is stuck in the window that reads "Gone for break". I came here at 1:00 in the morning and it now it almost 03:26. What a pathetic service. It was my first time but I will never come back again.
