Nonsensical Hospital Procedure

My granddaughter broke her arm, took her to this hospital at 15H00 only to be taken to Xtray by 19H00. The took her to the theater after 22H00 put hard plaster and discharge her at 05H00 only to be told she has to come back as she was already home by 08:30, and redo the whole process because it was not done properly
