Bad experience in a hospital

Had a bad experience in this hospital while bring my grandmother who is very sick but the is no nurses giving feed back to family about her, we as a family have to wash her our selves due to having diarrhea we not given towels to wash her with, i have been or worked in gorvement hospital but this one has a poor service from the door to nurses,doctor it like they dont care about patients. Not even a basic nurse care. They just came and hang a fluid drip which is not running it almost 2hours still full. The painful part we take our family to hospital thinking they will be in good hands.

We complain everyday that government does hire health care works but how can they be hired when they can't even do a simple job with few patients
