Hello Peter on the 28/02/2023 I made a payment of 475 to st John for CPR course, as the information was conveyed to us.After paying we must send copy of ID and POP to this rude person not sure but the name LONDON. He/she never acknowledged my email as I wanted to confirm if he/she did receive and tried 109 times calling this person.The course was done on the 04/03/2023 till to date I was told yesterday but this rude lady at virgin active that London said I didn't pay, i have resend email to this London person and he/she called me saying this course was only meant for instructor's, If this was communicated early that non instructor of virgin active are not allowed as I could have gone to St John in Roodepoort. The attitude I received last night and this London person told me to do whatever I want, St John before you loose clients kindly do courses for people outside this rude company called virgin active. I had my reasons why I wanted CPR certificate and I had it, it just expired.

To St John I patiently waiting my certificate to be send at Absa 245 Manaka building corner Andries and Pretorius Street, I did ask the lecture that day by the name of Bheko how we gonna get them he said it will be send to virgin active wonderpark and I told him I don't work for virgin active.
