Rude customer care at St Jeff College

I called St Jeff College this morning inquiring about a grade 4 place for next year. The gentleman who was on the other end of the phone was extremely rude. He told me that we needed to go to the school both parents to be interviewed. When I asked him why both parents were needed as I have to be at work he rudely cut me by telling me that I could try luck next door and dropped the phone down on me.

Well sir, if this is the kind of behaviour that you teach kids at your school you better keep your school. I should have checked your school reviews on Hellopeter before I bothered to contact you. Some of the reviews I have seen would have made me think twice.
