The owner refuses to refund Registration Fees of R5,000-00 for a child who sadly passed away 2 months ago. An sms was sent from the owner as follows: Ms. Pertunia - if you feel you NOT happy you can GO ANYWHERE you want to - we REALLY DO NOT CARE !!
