school photos

my daughter and her cousin took school photos and we paid for it but the school st ives primary school in klipspruit west ext 1 has not even given the photos since last year i am now at boiling point with this damn school the principal is not doing anything we spoke to bulie from st ives she said the photos is coming still nothing this is bull**** i want the photos
