No Service, No Response

I have been ordering a diary from this association for years.

The 2018 diary I ordered has not been delivered and I keep receiving letters asking for payment. I have sent 3 emails to them stating that I have not received the diary and not once have they responded.

It is unfortunate that their service has deteriorated so badly. I will not be ordering from them again.
