St Georges Spa instant money Market refuses to give me my money back

St George's Spar Durban Money Market refuses to give me my Money back i went there to do instant money they gave out my details and money was withdrawn before i could even sent out voucher details and pin to the person i was sending they had checked immediately because i stay about that same location at Spa they checked and confirmed money was withdrawn whilst they were checking for me because i had went there regarding the sms i got from them stating they had technical error, then they called this no. *** which they said it is for instant money department from last week the 04th spoke to guy by the name of Nhlakanipho which he said will log a case for me and i must wait 24 to 48hours waited no feedback till weekend, gave them time till on Tuesday i had to call on my own no response no update nothing spoke to a guy said someone would call me before the end of the day went to work till late noone contacted me yesterday wednesday no feedback no call,ten i contacted them today lady by the name of Lydia said case is closed as money was withdrawn mind you i went to the shop andmoney was withdrawn whilst there which is why they escalated a case another thing i do not stay in the location they talking about nmeaning spa has ********** working with them hand in had and instant money covers for them they said they transferring my call to another department spoke to a guy who dropped my call , called again line was dropped by a lady this time called again spoke t lady by the name of Rachel mokai who was rude as well who never gave me a chance who had her own conclusion that maybe the money was withdrawn by the person i sent to they cannot help me yet i went there immediately and the case was sent to money market immediately
