Complaint

The labour ward service is Marvelous.... I rate them 10 out of 10... Sisters is friendly and very helpful. If they where needed they where there in seconds. Keep it up... You rock

The maturnity baby ward service is **** there is no other words for that. Some of the sister was just there and othere we realy helpful and wanted to help. I was there for 2 days in that 2 days no new bedding for my bed. Tv did not work when we reported it, sister said there is nothing they can do because they need to report it. My bell also did not work. When I was discharged on Wednesday, there was no baby books / clinic books, I had to left without it. Sister said they will contact me, a week later nothing. I phoned them on Tuesdays sister said they recieved books but they just need to complete it, she will contact me when done, I am still waiting for that call. So yesterday I contacted them again nothing was done so sister said she will phone me, and again I am still waiting. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!!
