Bad Service at Life St Geororges Port Elizabeth

My Aunt Miss Khulukazi Mfula was Admitted on the 28 November 2020 she succumbed to Covid 19 on the 18 December 2020.. My Cousin and I have been Calling Life St Georges to get her Clothes and Cell phone Since the 23 of December 2020 until Today they Don't know where they are ..on the 30th of December we Phoned to Check if they haven't Found anything its a pity we Don't remember the Name of the lady who answered She said she Found Her Cellphone nothing Else..My cousin went there to Collect but they Told her they Can't find Anything .. She Tried to lay a complaint she was Told she Needs to remember who she spoke to and the Date ..we Know all the Dates but not the names since it was not 1 person who was Answering the phones there ..My Aunt was 1st in Renal ,Oncology then she was Moved to ICU
