bad attitude of supervisor

The supervisor at St George hotel are treating co workers badly.I was shocked to see that there are still black people workers treated like that infront of clients. How can supervisor shout Co worker as she's a child in the presence of clients and threatened by supervisor that they can loose job and gates are open for them to leave anytime . It's shows disrespect to co worker and clients.
