Refusing to take order for delivery

We regularly order pizzas for delivery from St Elmo's. Last night at about 20h15 my wife phoned to order a pizza and was promptly told that she can't get a delivery because one of their drivers died last week, and they are short of people doing deliveries. Eventually my wife phoned back and asked for the manager after the lady she spoke to slammed down the phone on her. the Manager, Clayton , full of negative attitude, told her the same story, and eventually said that he would send our pizza in two hours time only, because of their delivery problems. After she put down the phone I asked her to phone and cancel the order, and rather phone Debonairs for a pizza. She phoned St Elmo's about five minutes later, but about fifty minutes later the St Elmo's driver arrived. We refused to accept his pizza, because at that time we were expecting the Debonairs delivery.
