Bad service

Called for an order at 16:30, agent who took the call failed to take all my details and she was extremely slow in spite of me being on a cellphone. An hour later I had not received a call or getting my order. I called back the second time only to realise the first agent never took my name. Unfortunately, the second call did not yield any positive results either. Later, I recieved 3 please call me back messages, on responding it was the delivery person who told me to come immediately. Interestingly, when I went outside the complex I found no one was waiting with my pizza.<br> <br> What a gruesome service.<br> <br>
