Bad Service, Nasty Attitude and *********** Employees

My son was found lying on the side of the road by somebody that works for SASSA offices in Lusikisiki at/about 2pm in the afternoon on the 4 August 2017 and he was taken to hospital. The person that found him called me as he found my number from my sons cell phone. i then rush to hospital and found him lying unconscious on hospital bed at OPD. I inquired with the nurses as to what was wrong to him and they advised that they don't know they are awaiting for the doctor to arrive and examine him. nothing was ever given to him not even a pain tablet during the time. One of the nurses advised that he vomited and smell alcohol therefor they wont touch him or threat him with anything since they believed that he is drunk. He was still in hospital bed unconscious until he opened his eyes at 6am the following day which was the 5 August 2017. All this time i was standing by him helpless without any assistant or help from the staff. he was eventually seen by the doctor only on Monday the 7 August and later was discharged. Till today nobody ever advised me what was wrong with him. Only to find out on the 15 August that the hospital claimed a sum of R2770 into my medical Aid. I still need to know what this claim is for, and till date my son is still suffering severe headache and is struggling to concentrate at school. I took the liberty today to contact the hospital and inquire what this clam is about since i was not even advised of my sons illness nor respect from them. they are simply treating the public like a peace a trash. The lady at the switchboard put me on hold for over 2 hours.
