ST Couriers

Worst courier company ever!!! I send a speaker to JHB using ST Couriers. It was packed neatly in it's original packaging. When the package was delivered, it was badly damaged. The receiver asked the courier guy if this was dispatched in this condition, and he couldn't confirm this, because he didn't collect the package from me. The receiver took photos of the package and send them to me, informing me that her supplier wouldn't accept the speaker if the package was in that condition. I went back to ST Couriers informing them that I now had to pay for the returned speaker and that they had to reimburse me, seeing that they damaged the package along the way. They informed me that they use a third party courier for deliveries in JHB and the third party said they are not willing to pay anything. ST couriers also refuse to reimburse me for the damaged package. I shipped my package through ST couriers which was damaged, so I expect reimbur*****t from them!!
