Damaged parcel

ST Couriers handled a parcel back in February from their depot in Stikland and subcontracted Emit to take it to JHB. It took a week and during this time it got soaked in water and half the goods were damaged. They refused to take responsibility despite the photos and evidence we provided. Very sad service from a small company that we hoped we could work well with and who would be accountable.
