Booking cancelled due to Karaoke not allaowed

We booked the Hall for a Valentines day function. We were told a week after the booking was confirmed and deposit paid that Karaoke was not allowed as it attracts a BAD ELEMENT. This was however not stipulated in their contract and I was not verbally advised of this either prior to booking. I have since invested quite a bit in this and I have requested then to re-reimburse me for funds outlaid, but they fail to take responsibility for their actions.<br> <br> I don't have the time or energy ot resorces to pursue this legaly.
