Four Star rating but 2 star service

My family and I went to settle my daughter at the university in Grahamstown and we booked in at the St Aidan's guest house. On my first nite there we we placed in a family room, the shower did not work, I had to go to my Daughters room to shower, my younger daughter who had a tub bath dried her hair with the hair dryer that was provided, it worked on one speed only which was the lowest.that not acceptable.<br> The next morning we complained and were placed in the pool house, that nite I went to shower and?there was no light in the bathroom and the bathroom door could not close, we had to jam it with news paper?.<br> In the morning I went to make coffee and there was no milk provided.we complained and we only got an apology.<br> My husband and I refused to stay another nite, we then moved into my daughters semi furnished apartment, which was way better than paying just over R600 per person per nite for 2 star service.
