Very bad experience doing business with Marcell Smith from SSW Security (PTY) LTD. Stay far away from them. There are more reliable providers out there. I accepted a quote for an installation of a solar system at my house. He can't keep appointments he has set. He makes promises and don't deliver. He only completed 50% of the work after a decision was made that he stops to complete the rest of the work. This morning he supp**** me with a certificate of compliance issued by an unknown person. This person has never been on the premises and how can this person issue a certificate of compliance of work he has no knowledge about? I already had another qualified installer on site. The system installed by Marcell Smith is non-compliant. I wait for a quote from the qualified installer in order to come and rectify the substandard work done by Marcell Smith from SSW Security (PTY) LTD. Stay away from them!
