Inferior solar system products received

I got a quote for a solar system by SSW security, by owner Marcell Smit in February 2021. Upon accepting the quote, a deposit of 80% was paid for the system. Up to date, after several promises to myself and my lawyer, I have yet to receive the correct battery as per the quote. Still waiting for him to fulfill his obligations.
