Extremely Disappointing Experience with SSTS Movers

I booked SSTS Movers for a shared-load move with a confirmed delivery date of 31 March 2025. The delivery only arrived 9 days late, with no communication, updates, or apology. We were charged for additional items and wrapping without being consulted or given the opportunity to approve — yet many items arrived unwrapped, wet, muddy, and damaged.

Attempts to escalate were ignored, my number appears to have been blocked, and no terms and conditions were ever provided. After weeks of silence and missed deadlines from their side, I’ve had no choice but to lodge a formal complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.

My total loss exceeds R55,000. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and strongly urge others to exercise caution.
