SSSL Installers POOR SERVICE

Sssl poor poor service.

I had called out this company twice to come check my automated gate as it was not working properly. The first time was in october 2021. The technician came through done his so called check and stated that the pc board, charging unit and battery was and issue. So he removed the pc board and charging unit for testing. Due to finacial constraints june this year i contacted sssl and made arrangements with Sal to have the repair completed. Based on his first technicians quote i requested that repair be done. Another technician came out and tried to repair the gate motor with the new parts but through careful inspection realised that the previous technician had not done a proper check and the entire gate motor was removed and taken for testing first week of july 2022 and aince then nothing was done to date. I have no gate motor as its in the possession of Sssl and they are not contacting me as to what is the delay. On the 19 july 2022 i made contact with Sssl and i was told they ordered a part and was waiting for it. I have paid a deposite of R3000 for nothing being done and my gate motor removed to Sssl possession.
