Shocking.
<p>R8000 gate motor installation that fails 3 weeks into its lifespan. I try to close the gate as I cannot have an open gate overnight. Sal, the installer, comes to fix it and tells me how upset he is at the fact that I tried to fix it. Then says he only garrantees his work for 48 hours! When I tell him his installation failed he says he doesn't want to speak to me anymore and hangs up the phone. DO NOT EXPECT ANY AFTERSALES SERVICE AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY. </p>

13 Sept 2016, 16:41Well, he phoned once he had recieved this review. He told me I was a ***ard and a c**t.
We have since had an actual installer fix the gate. He confirmed that the motor was installed incorrectly and that he himself has had to fix this company's previous installations.
Need I say more?
