Poor After Sales Service

Conducted repairs on my garage door, however problems resurfaced with door not reaching limits. The battery was also not tested as requested. Garage door worked with loud noises and very jerky movements. Called for after sales service about 6 times, they have not returned to date to address the issues. Had to resort to other service providers. Will not recommend such unprofessionalism to anyone.
