Pathetic service

I am a loyal paying 12 year customer with very disappointed service from SSS Secunda. This afternoon 03/02/2020 my house was broken into and ****** because of a battery problem that was reported last week already,we were told that the technician would assist as soon as possible to replace the battery. Now because of the battery that has still not been replaced and is dead my home was burgled and valuable possessions ****** and the window at the back of the house broken,the back beam did not activate the alarm because of a dead battery. During multiple attempts of my wife pushing the panic button when she arrived at home for assistance, SSS did not even respond or bother to call.After my wife drove to the SSS offices in Secunda she was told that everyone is busy working.This is a disgrace and very bad service. I will be sure to stop my long and loyal payment to SSS security service as if this battery issue is not solved by tomorrow. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
