Pathetic Service and rude operators

<p>On Tuesday 8 November at +- 2h30 the morning my alarm sounded and I was only phoned an half an hour later. What if it was and housebreaking and I was kept hostage?? The lady on the phone was rude when I asked her how would she feel if it was herself that was in this situation.</p> <p> </p>
