Horrible service

<p>This is the worst security service. The people on the phone are always rude when you phone them. Our alarm has gone off multiple times and no response was given from them. When we phone them to ask why they are not calling, they always have different excuses. The latest was that some signal is botched and that they will send someone the following day, but as it is a Sunday we would have to have paid a double fee. That is ridiculous seeing as this was not us that caused a malfunction. We are terminating our contract with them. </p>
