Unprofessional business

Do not use this business. After replacing the tracks on our massive sliding doors, they just stopped responding to calls or emails. The tracks they inserted only lasted 2 months, the previous ones lasted 2 years. Paid 3.5k for the tracks, tried getting them in again, Ben the owner just absolutely refuses to answer my calls or emails, had to pay extra to get a company from Durbanville to come fix their mess. P.S. When I say he refused to respond to my calls, this was over a period of a month and a half
