Really very BAD service and workmanship for glass work!

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to try and deal with. They were selected and paid as a sub contractor, to measure, cut and fit glass to all newly made meranty wooden window frames. Supp**** by the Log home building contractor. SSS Aluminium and Glass were giver around 36 windows in total to work with, some a triple window pane window, some double and some single. All of which are large single glass panes. NOT ONE OF THESE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN FITTED PROFESSIONALLY. FIRSTLY THEY HAVE USED SUCH SHORT PANEL PINS THAT ALL THE PANELS ARE POPPING OFF THE FRAMES EXPOSING THE RAW WOOD AND UNSEALED GLASS . SECONDLY NOT ONE OF THESE WINDOW PANES HAVE BEEN SEATED OR SEALED INTO POSITION WITH A PUTTY OR ANYTHING FIRST BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PIN THE PANEL ONTO THE FRAME! SO WHEN IT RAINS THERE IS NOTHING TO STOP THE WATER COMING IN! THEN THERE IS NOW WITH THE PANELS COMING UP, ALSO THE PROBLEM OF WINDOW GLASS WANTING TO FALL OUT. I have not only phoned the owner to rectify the situation but also sent him photos of the terrible water damage happening to the inside of my brand new home. The inside window sill wood and dry walling is soaked ,causing mold to grow and stained all of it green and black .and its just getting worse. THE LAST PICTURES I SENT TO THE OWNER ON HIS CELL PHONE, WAS ON THE 26/09/2018 TO WHICH HE REP**** HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE URGENTLY TO ATTEND TO IT......... To date he nor any of his staff have even as much as indicated they are coming. I have contacted the Building contractor whom has also spoken to and tried to deal with SSS Aluminium and Glass. With promises and again absolutely nothing materializing. They couldn't even get any of the mirror glass cut to the right size for any of the bathrooms after weeks of attempting . Find other companies to deal with don't use this company!!!!
