They don’t know how to repair appliances neither do they respect the customer

Enterprise number ***. *********** company. They were supposed to repair our Russel Hobbs fridge, which wasn’t cooling, but instead replaced a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff - we paid them R3000 yet the fridge is still not working. The repair guy is never on time - that is if he even honours the scheduled appointment. Appalling customer service - he will provide you with a date and time and you’ll be very lucky if he pitches.
