Bad Business Practices

Markets themselves as Electrical Appliance repairs, but requested money upfront to purchase the spares. 6 weeks later, and still waiting for the repairs. Keeps on blaming Defy that they are not able to get the spares. Does not phone back, and does not take my calls. Very poor business practice.
