Gutted :(

I have never been so disappointed in all my life. We contacted SSQ Design last year around October 2020 to do a few renovations at our home in Sandton, namely: a built-in braai area, a small outside basin and cupboard, an outdoor bar (made from composite decking), some astroturf, quartz carpet around the pool with additional repairs to the pool and some lighting. We were promised that the project would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. It is now November 2021, The pool is still not fixed, it has been emptied and refilled about 6 or 7 times, the doors fall off their hinges, the electrical work is shocking as lights trip and switches are back to front, the decking is a mess, it's skew and was stuck down with a type of putty adhesive which has now lifted, the steps around the pool are uneven. The braai area extractor has fallen apart. I could go on but it's exhausting just typing this out. The worst thing is, a 70% deposit was paid and for them to "fix" anything, they demanded more money to be paid across before anything could be repaired. They have made every excuse and continue to do so. I will not be surprised if this goes legal... Absolutely shattered and heartbroken,
