Absolutely no response

SSP renovated our marblite just under 3 years ago. Rough patches started to appear at about the two year mark. I have tried emailing, phoning and Whatsapp them and they have even responded to any of my messages to even come and have a look. They gave me a 7 year warranty, but what does that matter if they don’t answer any messages
