Bad bad baf

Bought a 2018 Nissan micra. Took the car in for its 30k servise at Nissan and picked up R50 000 of damage. Informed them but never heard anything drove the car another 7 days and the gearbox went. I phoned and sent emails got no response when I finally got through they were mean and nasty to me. Waiting still up to today to show me the testing report from road worthy. They are ****** who just ***** money from people
