Avoid This Company – Damaged My Furniture and Took No Responsibility
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. Several pieces of my furniture were damaged during the move, and what concerns me most is that the team did not disclose any of the damage at the time. I only discovered it after they had already left. When I reported the issue, the company failed to take any accountability. There was no genuine effort to investigate, acknowledge the damage, or offer any form of resolution. The lack of responsibility and transparency is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you value your belongings and want reliable service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

During my first move, several pieces of my furniture were damaged, and what concerns me most is that the team failed to disclose any of it at the time. I only discovered the damage after they had already left. When I reported the issue, the company showed no accountability whatsoever—there was no investigation, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to resolve the matter.
On a second occasion, a significant portion of my belongings went missing, including clothing, kitchenware, and other personal items. This resulted in a financial loss of more than R100 000, yet even when this was reported, the owner again refused to take any responsibility or provide any meaningful support.
The ongoing lack of responsibility, transparency, and basic customer care from this company is unacceptable. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend their services. If you value your belongings and expect reliability, I strongly suggest choosing another moving company.
