WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!

I have paid my account on the 24th of June and Lindokuhle M from SSDA who was assisting me did confirm that she received a POP that I sent her and she advised me that in 3 working days I will receive the paid up letter , however till today I haven't received it but I get calls informing me that I need to pay my account when I have settled it long ago and sent the POP to them and also to the lady that was assisting me.
