Unhappy with SSD & Associates

After my review that have sent to hello Peter, I managed to receive my paid up letter from SSD, but my challenge now is they promised to remove the account from ITC, they told me it will be removed within 21 working days, since November 2020,nothing has happened, my account still appears as if I'm still owing, SSD failed to keep their promises, even when I call them no changes, nothing gets to be done.
