UNACCEPTABLE HARASSMENT

I'm being harassed for a payment that I'm not liable for, I have sent several emails with supporting documentation to SSD, most of the time the email is undelivered due to their inbox being full (incredibly unprofessional). They disregard the blatant error made by Virgin Active with this account and just keep sending me emails to collect what they deem to be outstanding
